Payment Schedule
- Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your retreat spot
- Final Payment: Full retreat balance must be paid 30 days prior to the retreat start date
- Deposit: Non-refundable under all circumstances
- Remaining Balance: Full refund of any payments made beyond the initial deposit
Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat
- No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date
- Transfer Option: You may transfer your booking to a future retreat (subject to availability and any price differences)
Emergency Circumstances
- Medical Emergencies: Documentation may be required. Transfer to future retreat strongly preferred over refund
- Travel Restrictions: Government-imposed travel restrictions may qualify for future retreat credit
Important Notes
- Venue Commitments: We book venues and services based on confirmed attendees. Deposits help us secure these arrangements on your behalf
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior cancellation results in forfeiture of all payments
- Weather: Retreats proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe
- Minimum Attendance: Retreats require minimum attendance. If minimum is not met, full refunds will be provided or transfer to alternative dates offered
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed when:
- Deposit has been received and processed
- You have received booking confirmation email
- Final payment is received by the 30-day deadline
